This 2-part HAZMAT Awareness series is also sold as a part of the Essentials of Fire Fighting, Firefighter I series. Firefighters as first-responders need to be prepared in the basics of HAZMAT recognition and identification. These programs present the four basic rules to identification and recognition, the nine hazard classes defined by the DOT, how to use the Emergency Response Guidebook and the NFPA 704 marking system.
