First, there was her garden; next indoor plants; then back to the outdoors... After developing historic gardens, Barb came to appreciate the many striking and esthetically unique herbs that could excite modern landscapes. She furthered her study of ornamental horticulture during her Master's program at the University of Illinois. Collaborating with Professor Floyd Giles, she wrote this guide as the culmination of her experience, expertise and passion for the beauty and ornamental enrichment the herb world has to share with us.
